Locks and Lashes - Booking Details

Booking Policy

Locks and Lashes require a minimum Bridal party of three people.
Locks and Lashes require a 20% deposit of total wedding day hair and make-up quote eight weeks prior to wedding day.
If any changes to venue we must be notified one week in advance.
If change in bridal party numbers should occur we must be notified at least two weeks in advance otherwise original quote must be paid in full.
On the day the average time per person is 1hr. If for any reason the bridal party is running late therefore preventing us from finishing on time we have the right to leave or an hourly rate of $80 will be charged for every extra hour we are there.
If one of us is unable to be there on the day we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a replacement.
If unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g one of us is sick or injured) and we cannot find a replacement for the day, whatever service, whether it be hair or make-up will be refunded.
All eyelash tinting and eyebrow or lip waxing being offered as part of the Bridal Packages as a complimentary service can only be performed in the salon. The value of these services under no circumstances can be deducted from the total invoice, if services are not redeemed.
